The Maren Woven Silk Gourd Table Lamp sets a hand-woven silk shade, shaped like a soft gourd, on a slim brass-plated stem rising from a turned black walnut base. The silk is woven over the frame by hand rather than stretched flat, so the light comes through the weave as a warm, even wash with no visible hot spot and no hard edge where the shade meets the table. Standing 18.9″ tall and 11.8″ across, it reads as a quiet sculptural object when it's off and a pool of warm light when it's on.

Three natural materials meet in one small silhouette — woven silk above, warm metal in the middle, dark walnut below — which is why it settles easily into Japandi, mid-century, and transitional rooms alike. Available in a single size, in natural white silk with a black walnut base, with US, UK, EU, or AU plug options.
