Welcome to MoryLighting. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MORYLIGHTING LLC. MORYLIGHTING LLC operates this store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it, collectively referred to as the “Services.” MoryLighting is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing the Services or purchasing products from us.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, finishes, specifications, prices, and availability.
Actual product colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, natural material variations, handmade production, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Natural stone, glass, ceramic, wood, crystal, and metal finishes may contain variations in color, texture, pattern, veining, bubbles, or surface details. These variations are not necessarily product defects.
Customers should review product dimensions, weight, materials, voltage, wattage, bulb requirements, mounting requirements, installation conditions, and included components before ordering.
Product information, pricing, and availability may be corrected or updated when an error or change is identified.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MORYLIGHTING LLC may accept, decline, correct, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment issues, inventory discrepancies, unsupported delivery addresses, clear pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
An order is considered accepted after we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorization, inventory verification, and fraud review.
If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the contact information provided with the order.
If an order is canceled by MoryLighting before shipment, any applicable amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before order processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation begins.
Submitting a request within 24 hours does not guarantee cancellation if processing, production, customization, or shipment preparation has already started.
Custom-made, modified, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled after production has started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, TAXES, SHIPPING COSTS, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of a clear pricing or listing error.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes.
MoryLighting offers free standard shipping on all orders accepted for delivery to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.
Additional charges may apply only when a customer requests an optional service, such as expedited shipping, special delivery arrangements, redelivery, storage, or an address change after shipment preparation has begun.
Any applicable sales tax or customer-requested optional service charge will be displayed before payment is completed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard order processing generally takes 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping transit time within the 48 contiguous United States is generally 7–15 business days after shipment.
Custom, modified, oversized, fragile, or made-to-order products may require additional preparation, production, or transit time.
Order processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, transportation interruptions, seasonal shipping volume, delivery appointment requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
MoryLighting remains responsible for reviewing claims involving confirmed transit loss, transportation damage, incomplete delivery, or an incorrect item until confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
For an approved claim, MoryLighting will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances, this may include free replacement parts, a replacement product, an approved return at our expense, or a refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, responding to carrier communications, arranging required delivery appointments, and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.
MoryLighting is not responsible for delays or additional documented charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to the carrier, failure to arrange a required appointment, or an inaccessible delivery location.

SECTION 7 - INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT USE
Hardwired lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with applicable local electrical codes, structural requirements, and installation instructions.
Customers and installers are responsible for confirming fixture dimensions, weight, voltage, wattage, structural support, mounting conditions, bulb compatibility, dimmer compatibility, and installation clearances.
Damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable structural support, incorrect voltage, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow installation instructions is not considered a product defect.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, return eligibility, return shipping costs, non-returnable products, damaged-product claims, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
All returns require prior review and authorization.
Customers must contact MoryLighting and follow the authorized return instructions before shipping any returned product.
Products returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including text, original product descriptions, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, videos, and other materials owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by MORYLIGHTING LLC, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
MoryLighting is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and MORYLIGHTING LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of MoryLighting products and is not responsible for product fulfillment, installation, support, returns, refunds, or product-related claims.
Your use of Shopify-operated features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy notices.

SECTION 11 - PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain personal information may also be processed in accordance with Shopify’s applicable privacy policies.
Information may be shared with payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, fraud-prevention providers, customer support providers, and other service providers as necessary to process transactions and operate the Services.

SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or websites operated by independent third parties.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.
MORYLIGHTING LLC is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, privacy practices, or business practices of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 13 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant MORYLIGHTING LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
Submitted content must not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

SECTION 14 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, availability, promotions, processing times, or shipping information.
If a material error affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before changing or canceling the order.
If we cannot fulfill the order as displayed or the customer does not accept the corrected information, the affected order will be canceled and any applicable payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services to violate applicable law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights; transmit malware; submit fraudulent or misleading information; interfere with website security; collect personal information without authorization; send spam; or disrupt the Services.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information but do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MORYLIGHTING LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, improper use of a product, or unauthorized use of the website.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not override remedies stated in our Shipping Policy or Refund Policy for approved returns, confirmed transit loss, transportation damage, defective products, missing components, or incorrect products.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify MORYLIGHTING LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 20 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when a user materially violates these Terms, threatens website security, engages in fraud, or uses the Services unlawfully.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which MORYLIGHTING LLC provides products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in California, except where mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable laws require a different jurisdiction or venue.

SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, product, or service-related changes.
The updated version will be published on this page and will become effective as permitted by applicable law.
